Hi there, my name is Alexandra, a passionate yoga and mindfulness teacher currently teaching in London and virtually.

Yoga found me over a decade ago, during a time when I felt unbalanced—both in body and mind. Stepping onto the mat became my safe space, a moment of peace, as well as an opportunity to rediscover my body and its ability post injury. It was there that I learnt to listen to my body, started to build a routine and brought back that spark and resilience back into my life.

 

This platform offers a blend of online and in-person yoga classes catering to individuals and small groups, where I hold space for you to reconnect with your body and mind, without worrying what others may think or where you should be, but simple being in the now.

My classes blend Vinyasa-Ashtanga inspired flows, infused with philosophy and yogic storytelling to enrich your practice, offering more than just movement but a deeper understanding of yoga as a way of life.

I didn’t realize how your breathing can help you calm down when you are anxious. The class was tailor made to my goals and level. Also, the music was the best of any yoga class I have ever been to.
