The Approach
My teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa yoga which is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. In a Vinyasa class, poses transition smoothly from one to the next in a sequence, often guided by the rhythm of the breath. This creates a fluid, almost dance-like practice that can be both meditative and physically engaging. Vinyasa can be gentle and slow-paced, as well as dynamic and challenging.
I offer a personalized, one-on-one approach that allows me to create bespoke sequences tailored to your needs. My sessions integrate yogic philosophy and breathwork, helping you deepen your understanding of yoga as a whole, or focus on specific physical goals—whether it's mastering a pose, enhancing fitness, or targeting a particular area.

First Class is charged at £10, the following private in-person sessions are £45 per session or £120 for a bundle of 3.
Online private classes are £35 per session, with £90 for a bundle of 3.
