4. Booking Classes
When booking a class through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You may be required to pay a fee to book a class. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Purchasing Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that you will not share, distribute, or resell the product. Unauthorized distribution or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.

6. Newsletters
By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new classes, products, and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Cancellations and Refunds 
If you need to cancel your yoga class reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund (excluding processing fee of 3.5%) or arrange a reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a class cancellation by Align with Alex Yoga, participants will be offered the option to reschedule for a future class. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
